Membership FAQs

Depending which program you choose, they take 30-60 minutes.

You will need a barbell, bench/squat rack, pull-up bar, dumbbells of various weights, kettlebell, resistance bands and a set of booty bands (linked on my Shop Page).

You will need 2-3 sets of dumbbells, a kettlebell, resistance bands and a set of booty bands (linked on my Shop Page). Other helpful equipment are: a bench and a box or step.

All you will need is 2-3 sets of dumbbells, resistance bands and your own body!

The Get Strong and Get Fit workouts follow a 4-6-week program with same/similar exercises each week. The Fit in 30 workouts will have different exercises each week.

Absolutely! Each workout has the exercises linked to a demonstration video, so you always know exactly what to do, whether you are at home or in the gym. 

Nope!! You can pick and choose which workouts you do, based on your schedule. However, I do recommend a minimum of 3 lifting days/week for best results.

Yes! You can easily track your food through the app or connect it to MyFitnessPal or FitBit tracking.

Absolutely! The Halflete Fitness app connects with Apple, FitBit and Garmin watches, as well as the Apple Health app.

TONS of recipes are available to choose from for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, including slow cooker, one pot meals and much more!
