So you’ve tried eating healthy, but still aren’t losing weight?

My first question for you is this:

How much protein are you eating each day?

If you have no idea or know that you are barely eating any (which is probably true), then that’s the first place you need to start.

Eating enough protein CONSISTENTLY and DAILY is a must especially when trying to lose weight, body fat and change your overall body composition to a leaner look.

Protein is what helps to:

✔️Maintain lean muscle tissue

✔️Get rid of excess body fat

✔️Tone up/become leaner

✔️Boost metabolism (hello burn more calories!)

✔️Decrease cravings

✔️Keep you full/satisfied between meals

✔️Support tissues in the body

So if you think your protein intake doesn’t really matter, I challenge you to increase your intake for the next month and see what amazing changes happen with your body composition.

Aim for 0.8-1.2g of protein per body weight

Eat 30-40g protein with every meal/snack

Make it a daily priority
