Ever have one of those days where your schedule is jam-packed and there’s hardly any time to breathe? I feel you! (that’s like every other day for me)
On days like that, I still make it a priority to get in a quick workout, even if it’s not as long as I would normally do. Something is always better than nothing!
So one of my favorite ways to do this is pick 3 exercises that will give me the most bang for my buck. In other words, what I can do quickly that will be still be effective?
Here’s one of my go-to workouts:
3-5 rounds (depending on how much time you have):
- 10 burpees
- 15 push-ups
- 20 air squats
I promise your heart rate will go up, you’ll get a little sweaty and will most definitely feel the effects of a quick workout!!
